Spotted: This adorable top from French Connection United Kingdom (I don't like to use their abbreviation b/c it is a bit startling if you do not look carefully)
I was walking through one of the department stores at the mall and this little beauty caught my eye. How fun and flirty is this for summer?! I love the one shoulder action.
